For the most part, MegaSquirt can utilize all stock sensors. MegaSquirt ECU's with MS-II processors can interface with all stock sensors after a few calibration steps. MegaSquirt ECU's with MS-I processors can theoretically interface with all stock sensors too. In practice, however, the calibration steps for using non-standard IAT/CLT with an MS-I based ECU involve antiquated and difficult to use software. We recommend either using standard GM IAT and CLT sensors for use with all MS-I based ECU's.
